Dispatch: Orders are processed Mon–Fri within 1–2 business days. Weekend and bank-holiday orders ship the next working day.

UK Standard: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail / DPD / Evri).

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days where available.

Free UK Shipping: on orders over £30.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.

Missed Deliveries: Couriers may leave a card or take the parcel to a local depot. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may require a reship fee.

Damaged or Missing Items: If something isn’t right, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll help resolve it quickly.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout — Valuxify cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addressing.
